LOWER OIL FILLER TUBE AND HOSE REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 2)
INSTALLATION:
1.
Push hose (A) over tube assembly (B) .

Position clamp (C) over tube assembly (B) end

of hose (A).
Using 5/16 inch socket, tighten nut of clamp
(C).
Place clamp (D) loosely over hose (A) with clamp
nut facing you.
Place assembled parts (A through D) in position
on powerplant.
Push end of hose (A) over upper tube end (E).
Position new gasket (F) and tube assembly
(B) on powerplant port.
Place lockwashers (G) on three screws (H).
Insert three screws (H) in flange of tube assembly
(B) and tighten finger tight.
Using 1/2 inch wrench, tighten screws (H).
Position clamp (D) on hose (A) over end of
upper tube end (E).
Using 5/16 inch socket, tighten nut of clamp
(D).
Install powerplant (page 5-14).
