Holding two elbows (Q) with 12 inch
adjustable wrench, use 1-1/4 inch wrench to
disconnect hose assemblies “CK1” (J) and
“CK2” (G) from elbows (Q).

Go on to Sheet 3

Using 9/16 inch socket, remove eight screws
(M) and lockwashers (N).
Manually remove boom mount hose armor
(P) from vehicle.
Using 12 inch adjustable wrench to hold two
elbows (Q), use 1-1/4 inch wrench to loosen
elbow nut (R).
Manually remove two elbow nuts (R),
flat washers (S) and packings (T) from
elbows (Q). Throw packings (T) away.
Using 3/4 inch socket and extension, remove
two screws (U) and lockwashers (V).
Manually remove two clamps (W).
Remove two hose assemblies (G) and (J)
from vehicle.
