TOOLS: Ball peen hammer

Hand oiler

SUPPLIES:

Lubricating oil (Item 10, Appendix D)

Wooden block

Using oil, lightly lube pin (A).

NOTE

If structure is not sturdy, support

opposite end of hole with wooden

block (D) while tapping pin (A)

into place.

Putting spring pin (A) into hole (B), keep it as

straight as possible.

Using hammer, tap pin (A) until flush with

surface (C).
