Using 3/4-inch wrench, screw on nut (1) onto rod (2).

Using adjustable wrench, screw on clevis (3) until holes in
holes in arm (4). Using 3/4-inch wrench, tighten nut (1).

Put clevis pin (5) throuqh holes in clevis (3) and arm (4).
