Temperature must be above freezing if draining water tank while on a driving

surface.

Water could freeze on driving surface.

Failure to comply may result in

injury or death to personnel and/or damage to equipment.

•

Ensure vehicle is parked in a location where personnel and other equipment will be

protected from water spraying out of discharges and drains during draining and

blow out procedures.

Position vehicle so that it is level from side-to-side and level

front-to-back.

Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment and/or injury to

personnel.

1.

Position vehicle in a suitable location to drain water tank.

2.

Put WATER TANK DRAIN switch (1) to open position.

Indicator light (2) will illuminate.

3.

Allow water tank to drain.

4.

Put WATER TANK DRAIN switch (1) to closed position.

Indicator light (2) will go out.
