INSTALLATION

NOTE

•

Sealing surface must be clean prior to installing gasket.

•

Inspect gasket for damage. If damaged, replace gasket.

1.

Apply light coat of grease to inside of gasket (6) and two coupling halves (3).

2.

Install gasket (6) on elbow (4).

NOTE

Gasket is properly positioned when half of the gasket is on elbow and the other half of the

gasket is on pipe.

3.

Position pipe (5) against elbow (4), and install gasket (6) on pipe (5).

NOTE

Tighten screws equally on each side of clamp.

4.

Install two coupling halves (3) on elbow (4) and pipe (5) with two screws (2) and nuts (1).
