Note position of tee prior to removing fitting to ensure proper installation.

Remove fitting (23) and preformed packing (24) from hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

Discard preformed

packing.

9.

Remove tee (6) and preformed packing (25) from fitting (23).

Discard preformed packing.

10. Remove pressure relief valve (26) and preformed packing (27) from hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

Discard

preformed packing.

11. Remove plug (28) and preformed packing (29) from hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

Discard preformed

packing.

NOTE

•

Perform Step (12) if housing needs to be removed.

•

Note position of housing on hydraulic heat exchanger prior to removal to ensure proper

installation.

12. Remove eight screws (30), washers (31), and housing (32) from hydraulic heat exchanger (19).
