Lightly lubricate preformed packing (21) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (21) and fitting (20) on

hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (22) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (22) and fitting (3) on

fitting (20).

Hydraulic heat exchanger weighs 85 lb. (38.56 kg).

Do not attempt to install

hydraulic heat exchanger without the aid of an assistant and a suitable lifting

device.

Failure to comply may result in serious injury to personnel and damage to

equipment.

10. With the aid of an assistant and a suitable lifting device, install hydraulic heat exchanger (19) on pump house

frame (14) with five screws (18), 10 washers (17), five lockwashers (16), and nuts (15).
