NOTE

•

Perform Step (3) if housing was removed.

•

Install housing on hydraulic heat exchanger as noted prior to removal.

3.

Install housing (32) on hydraulic heat exchanger (19) with eight washers (31) and screws (30).

4.

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (29) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (29) and plug (28) on

hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

5.

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (27) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (27) and pressure relief

valve (26) on hydraulic heat exchanger (19).

NOTE

Install tee as noted prior to removal.

6.

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (25) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (25) and tee (6) on

fitting (23).

7.

Lightly lubricate preformed packing (24) with clean oil, and install preformed packing (24) and fitting (23) on

hydraulic heat exchanger (19).
