Remove four nuts (12), eight lockwashers (13), four screws (14), mounting base (15), and cover (8) from

vehicle.

Discard lockwashers.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install cover (8) and mounting base (15) on vehicle with four screws (14), eight lockwashers (13), and four

nuts (12).

2.

Install two hinges (2) on cover (8) with four screws (11), eight washers (10), and four locknuts (9).
