unscrew and take out.

Tag wires to aid in installation (page 4-4). To replace wall receptacle cables you must
disconnect subject cable at circuit breaker box. Steps 3 thru 6 disconnect left side
cables. Steps 7 thru 10 disconnect right side cables.
