REAR/SIDE LED MARKER LIGHT REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
NOTE
•
If only replacing LED, perform Steps (1) through (3).
•
Tag and mark all wires before removal.
1.
Remove two screws (Figure 9, Item 5) and outer bracket (Figure 9, Item 4) from mounting base (Figure 9, Item
1).

Remove LED (Figure 9, Item 3) from mounting base (Figure 9, Item 1) by turning LED 1/4 turn
counterclockwise.
3.
Disconnect pigtail (Figure 9, Item 2) from LED (Figure 9, Item 3).
NOTE
•
Rear and side marker lights are removed the same way on both sides. Left rear side
marker light is shown.
•
Tag and mark all wires prior to removal.
4.
Remove locknut (Figure 10, Item 2), wire 1435 (Figure 10, Item 3), washer (Figure 10, Item 8), screw (Figure
10, Item 12), and pigtail ground (Figure 10, Item 11) from mounting base (Figure 10, Item 10) and bracket
(Figure 10, Item 1). Discard locknut.
