Remove four nuts (Figure 2, Item 8), washers (Figure 2, Item 7), and screws (Figure 2, Item 4) from cap spring

seat (Figure 2, Item 3).

Remove four nuts (Figure 2, Item 1), eight washers (Figure 2, Item 2), and two U-bolts (Figure 2, Item 9) from

axle No. 3 (Figure 2, Item 10) and cap spring seat (Figure 2, Item 3). Discard U-bolts.

4.

Remove cap spring seat (Figure 2, Item 3) from spring assembly (Figure 2, Item 6).
