NOTE

Upper trunnion block is installed over rubber bushing and between two washers on

suspension hanger assembly.

Position upper trunnion block (Figure 7, Item 2) on rubber bushing (Figure 7, Item 4).

Position liner pad (Figure 7, Item 1) on upper trunnion block (Figure 7, Item 2).

WARNING

Spring assembly weighs approximately 240 lbs (109 kg). Attach a suitable lifting device prior

to installation. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Attach lifting device to spring assembly (Figure 8, Item 1).

With the aid of an assistant, raise and position spring assembly (Figure 8, Item 1) on upper trunnion block

(Figure 8, Item 2) by sliding rearward through suspension hanger assembly (Figure 8, Item 3).

6.

Remove lifting device from spring assembly (Figure 8, Item 1).

7.

Position top plate (Figure 9, Item 2) on spring assembly (Figure 9, Item 3).
