INSTALLATION

WARNING

The suspension hanger assembly weighs 270 lbs (123 kg). Attach a suitable lifting device

prior to removal. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Using two floor jacks, position suspension hanger assembly (Figure 3, Item 1) under trailer.

Attach lifting device to suspension hanger assembly (Figure 4, Item 3) and raise it into position.

Install 16 screws (Figure 4, Item 4), washers (Figure 4, Item 2), and locknuts (Figure 4, Item 1) on suspension

hanger assembly (Figure 4, Item 3) and frame (Figure 4, Item 5). Tighten locknuts to 630 to 730 lb-ft (854 to

990 N·m).
