Power plant rear access panels removed (WP 0431 00,

WP 0432 00, or WP 0433 00)

Carrier blocked (see your -10)

Power plant bottom access panel removed

(WP 0434 00)

Suitable container placed under hull opening to catch oil

Transfer gearcase drained into container (WP 0120 00)

REMOVAL

1.

Remove eyebolt (1) from transfer gearcase (2).

2.

Remove two screws (3) and cover (4) from gearcase (2).

3.

Remove plug (5) and preformed packing (6) from bottom of gearcase (2). Discard packing.
