INSTALLATION
NOTE
Inboard and outboard idler wheels are different. Do not mix them up. Inboard wheel (marked
11669373) is 3-1/4 inches (83 mm) wide. Outboard wheel (marked 10907799) is 3-1/8 inches (79
mm) wide.
1.
Place two idler wheels (2) on idler wheel hub (3).
NOTE
Install inboard and outboard idler wheel in the right order. Make sure spokes do not line up.

Secure two wheels (2) to hub (3) with eight new nuts (1). TIGHTEN NUTS TO 150-170 LB (203-230 N
m) TORQUE.

Install track over idler wheels.
4.
Connect track and adjust tension (see your -10).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

Unblock carrier (see your -10).
Roadtest carrier to check that idler wheel is installed right (WP 0155 00).
