Lift vehicle antenna base (3) into position. Connect PLGR antenna cable (2) to vehicle antenna cable (7). Connect

antenna ground wire (6).

WARNING

Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These

compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you

dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.

Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.

Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.

Apply sealing compound to threads of four hexagon head screws (4).

Install vehicle antenna base (3) using four star washers (5) and hexagon head screws (4).

5.

Install PLGR antenna (1) into PLGR antenna bracket (11) and connect PLGR antenna cable (2).

6.

If present, install lockwasher (8) and hex head screw (9) to PLGR antenna (1).

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Install SINCGARS radio antenna. See TM 11-5820-890-20-1.
