Remove two lubrication fittings (8).

Remove blade from hacksaw. Insert blade through bushings (9 and 10) in hinge (11). Assemble blade to

hacksaw frame.

Use care not to damage inside of hinge when cutting bushings with hacksaw. Once bushings are

cut, they can be driven out of hinge.

Cut bushings (9 and 10) through to hinge (11) in one place. Remove hacksaw from hinge.
