Materials/Parts

Lockwashers (3) (item 158, Appx E)

Lockwashers (6) (item 96, Appx E)

Solenoid valve parts kit (item 115, Appx E)

a. Disassembly

Remove plug (1) and preformed packing (2) from cover (3). Discard preformed packing.

Remove hydraulic sleeve assembly spool (4).

Remove three cap screws (5), three lockwashers (6), and access cover (7). Discard lockwashers and cap

screws.

Remove and discard gasket (8).

Remove power valve spring (9) and discard.

Avoid damaging finished surfaces of housing while removing hydraulic sleeve.

Remove hydraulic sleeve (10).

Remove four preformed packings (11) from hydraulic sleeve (10) and discard.

Housing is is under extreme pressure, hold housing with a c-clamp while disassembling.

Remove three cap screws (12), three lo&washers (13), and housing (14). Discard lockwashers.

Remove and discard helical compression spring (15), helical compression spring (16), gasket (17), flat

washer (18), and helical compression seat (19).

Remove power pack sleeve assembly spool (20).
