Install power pack sleeve assembly spool (20).

Install new helical compression seat (19), new flat washer (18), new helical compression spring (16), new

helical compression spring (15), and new gasket (17).

Using c-clamp, secure housing (14) to cover (3) with three new lockwashers (13) and three cap screws (12).

Remove c-clamp.
