FRAME 5

1.

Push four retainer pins (1) through holes in inside pulley half (2).

2.

Put inside pulley half (2) on press plates in arbor press (3) so retainer pin

(1) points up.

3.

Put outside pulley half (4) on top of inside pulley half (2). Retainer pins (1)

should fit through holes in outside pulley half.

4.

Place spring (5) on top of outside pulley half (4).

5.

Place spring retainer (6) on top of spring (5).
