Remove retaining ring (20) from core and shaft (4).
(14.)
Using an arbor press (item 4, App D), remove the core and shaft (4) from the front housing (18) by pressing
shaft down through the front bearing (21).
(15.)
Remove two retaining rings (22 and 23) from front housing (16).
(16.)
Support front housing on blocks and with an arbor press (item 4, App D), remove front bearing (21).
