Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful

vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.

To avoid injury or death, keep away

from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.

If adhesive, solvent, or sealing

compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.

Apply sealing compound to threads of eight screws (30).

Power take off weighs 72 lb. (33 kg).

Do not attempt to install power take off without

the aid of an assistant.

Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel and

damage to equipment.

9.

With the aid of an assistant, install gasket (31) and power take off (18) on transmission (32) with eight

screws (30).

Tighten screws to 30 to 35 lb-ft (41 to 47 N•m).

10. Apply sealing compound to threads of orifice fitting (29).

11. Install orifice fitting (29) and fitting (28) on power take off (18).

12. Reposition main wire harness (19) from bottom of power take off (18) to top of power take off (18).
