Does test equipment pass offset test?
WARNING
•
If air lines are disconnected when they are under 125 ±5 psi (862 ±34 kPa) pressure,
they can whip around. Be sure to wear eye protection and exercise care when
disconnecting an air hose that is thought to be under pressure. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.

Remain clear of drawbar when it is raised. Failure to comply may result in injury or
death to personnel.
1.
Lower air bag control lever to center position.
2.
Pull out trailer charge valve in vehicle. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
3.
Turn OFF ENGINE switch. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP
0190).
4.
Drain trailer air system. Refer to TM 9-2330-342-10 (WP
0190).
5.
Disconnect air hose 2229 from air reservoir 1.

6.
Connect TK pressure transducer (blue stripe) to air hose 2229.
7.
Connect TK test cable to MSD/ICE test equipment (WP
0004) and to TK pressure transducer (blue stripe).
8.
Perform ICE Offset Test 50.
