STEP 7

Does trailer air system maintain a charge?

1.

Have assistant turn engine start switch to ON. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

2.

Perform ICE Test 50.

3.

While assistant pushes in trailer charge valve in vehicle, observe meter reading. Refer to vehicle Operator's

manual (WP

0190).

4.

Meter should display a reading of 125 ± 5 psi (861 ± 34 kPa).

CONDITION/INDICATION

Does trailer air system maintain a charge?

DECISION

Yes - Problem fixed.

No - Problem is not fixed. Problem may have been missed during previous steps of troubleshooting. Repeat all

previous steps of this procedure. Go to (Step 1 - Are air lines, fittings, valves, and/or reservoirs free of leaks?).

If problem still exists after all troubleshooting tests are accomplished, contact your Supervisor.
