Meter should display a reading of 125 ± 5 psi (861 ± 34 kPa).

CONDITION/INDICATION

Does parking brake valve supply 125 ± 5 psi (861 ± 34 kPa) through hose 2620?

DECISION

Yes - Go to (Step 4 - Does test equipment pass offset test?).

No - Replace parking brake valve (WP

0074). Go to (Step 6 - Does test equipment pass offset test?) to verify problem

is solved.

STEP 4

Does test equipment pass offset test?

WARNING

Be sure to wear the proper eye protection when working on or around pressurized air systems

if not injury or death could result.

1.

Pull out trailer charge valve in vehicle. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190)

2.

Have assistant turn engine start switch to OFF. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

3.

Disconnect TK pressure transducer (blue stripe) from air hose 2620.

4.

Connect air hose 2620 to multifunction valve.

5.

Disconnect air hose 2605 from air reservoir 2.

6.

Connect TK pressure transducer (blue stripe) to air hose 2605.
