CONDITION/INDICATION
Does flatrack locking mechanism latch(es) unlock and remain unlocked?
DECISION
Unlocked - Problem fixed.
Locked - Problem is not fixed. Problem may have been missed during previous steps of troubleshooting. Repeat all
previous steps of this procedure. Go to (Step 1 - Are air lines 2078, 2080, 2081, fittings, pressure holdback valve,
flatrack locking valve, and air chambers free of leaks?). If problem still exists after all troubleshooting tests are
accomplished, contact your Supervisor.
