CONDITION/INDICATION
Does flatrack locking mechanism latch(es) lock?
DECISION
Lock - Pull out locking valve; Problem fixed.
No Lock - Problem is not fixed. Problem may have been missed during previous steps of troubleshooting. Repeat
all previous steps of this procedure. Go to (Step 1 - Are air lines 2078 and 2081, and fittings free of crimps?). If
problem still exists after all troubleshooting tests are accomplished, contact your Supervisor.
