TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
ONE OR BOTH FLATRACK LOCKING MECHANISM LATCHES WILL NOT LOCK
STEP 1
Are air lines 2078 and 2081, and fittings free of crimps?
WARNING
Be sure to wear the proper eye protection when working on or around pressurized air systems
if not injury or death could result.
NOTE
•
Soap and water solution will be used to visually check for leaks.
•
125 ± 5 psi (861 ± 34 kPa) must be supplied to trailer air system before
troubleshooting can begin.
1.
Visually inspect air lines 2078 and 2081 and fittings for crimps.
