Remove sleeve (Figure 2, Item 8), collar (Figure 2, Item 7), spring washer (Figure 2, Item 6), and washer

(Figure 2, Item 5) from connector (Figure 2, Item 4).

NOTE

Tag and mark all wires prior to removal.

Remove wire (Figure 2, Item 1) and terminal (Figure 2, Item 3) from connector (Figure 2, Item 4).

Cut off terminal (Figure 2, Item 3) at end of wire (Figure 2, Item 1). Remove insulation (Figure 2, Item 2) 0.25

in. (6.35 mm) from end of wire (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard terminal.

6.

Remove two screws (Figure 3, Item 2), lockwashers (Figure 3, Item 1), spring (Figure 3, Item 7), and cable

clamp (Figure 3, Item 6) from housing (Figure 3, Item 3). Discard lockwashers.

Remove two screws (Figure 3, Item 5) and connector (Figure 3, Item 4) from housing (Figure 3, Item 3).

Remove plastic cover (Figure 4, Item 1), screw (Figure 4, Item 4), and terminal end (Figure 4, Item 2) from

connector (Figure 4, Item 3).
