INSTALLATION

NOTE

Clamp is properly installed when positioned on the 14th coil from the trailer end of the wire

assembly.

1.

Install clamp (Figure 4, Item 3) on wire assembly (Figure 4, Item 5).

Install twist bracket (Figure 4, Item 2) on clamp (Figure 4, Item 3) using screw (Figure 4, Item 4) and locknut

(Figure 4, Item 1).

3.

Install contacts (Figure 5, Item 7) and boots (Figure 5, Item 6) to wires (Figure 5, Item 3) and (Figure 5, Item

5).

Install locknut (Figure 5, Item 4) over wires (Figure 5, Item 3) and (Figure 5, Item 5).

5.

Install wires (Figure 5, Item 3) and (Figure 5, Item 5) on connector (Figure 5, Item 2).

6.

Close latch (Figure 5, Item 1) on connector (Figure 5, Item 2).

7.

Install wire assembly (Figure 6, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 6, Item 5).
