24 VOLT CABLE REPAIR
DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION
Terminals come in different styles and sizes. To prevent damage, ensure to use only the
exact replacement. Do not attempt to modify terminal to fit.
NOTE
Repeat procedure as necessary.
1.
Remove two screws (Figure 9, Item 7), lockwashers (Figure 9, Item 8), and cable clamps (Figure 9, Item 9)
from nut (Figure 9, Item 6). Discard lockwashers.

Remove nut (Figure 9, Item 6), grommet (Figure 9, Item 5), and seal (Figure 9, Item 4) from connector (Figure
9, Item 1).
3.
Cut heat shrink (Figure 9, Item 2) from cable (Figure 9, Item 3). Discard heat shrink.
4.
Remove sleeve (Figure 10, Item 1), collar (Figure 10, Item 2), washer (Figure 10, Item 8), spring washer (Figure
10, Item 9), and gasket (Figure 10, Item 7) from connector (Figure 10, Item 6).
