NOTE

Perform Step (6) for Accuride wheel assembly.

Remove 14 nuts (Figure 2, Item 1) from studs (Figure 2, Item 3).

WARNING

Keep hands clear of studs and outer face of wheel. Failure to comply may result in injury or

death to personnel.

NOTE

A tire iron can be used to lift the outer wheel.

7.

Pry outer wheel (Figure 2, Item 2) and tire (Figure 2, Item 4) apart.

WARNING

Outer wheel weighs 55 lbs (25 kg). Use an assistant or lifting device. Failure to comply may

result in injury or death to personnel.

8.

With the aid of an assistant, remove outer wheel (Figure 2, Item 2) from tire (Figure 2, Item 4).

WARNING

Inner wheel and tire weighs 295 lbs (139 kg). Use suitable lifting device to lift wheel assembly.

Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

9.

Attach lifting device to wheel/tire assembly (Figure 3, Item 1).
