PREPARATION PRIOR TO RAIL SHIPMENT

WARNING

Rail-load locking pins must be installed to lock flatrack to trailer for rail transport. Failure to

comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

NOTE

•

Right and left rail-load locking pins are installed the same way.

•

Refer to Load Handling System and ensure that the flatrack rollers are against the

stops at rear of trailer. This will help to align the holes in the trailer and flatrack.

Remove two locknuts (Figure 1, Item 3) and reinforcement plate (Figure 1, Item 1) from studs (Figure 1, Item

2). Discard locknuts.
