REMOVAL

CAUTION

To prevent damage to system, ensure power is removed from system before power distribution

assembly (PDA) is removed.

1.

Disconnect power/data cable 4W7 (5) from J3 connector (11) on PDA (12).

2.

Disconnect power cable 4W6 (6) from J4 connector (10) on PDA (12).

3.

Remove machine screw (9), internal-tooth washer (8), and grounding strap (7) from vehicle standoff.

4.

Remove screw and grounding strap (7) from PDA (12).

WARNING

To ease in the removal of power distribution assembly (PDA), use hand to support PDA. Use

care to avoid injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

5.

Remove four self-locking nuts (3), eight flat washers (2), four socket head capscrews (1), and PDA (12) from forward

driver’s side shelf (4). Discard self-locking nuts.
