Remove

1. Remove auxiliary oil filter bypass valve plug (A).

2. Remove and discard plug gasket (B).

3. Remove bypass valve spring (C).

Install

1. Install bypass valve spring (C).

2. Install new gasket (B) on valve plug (A).

3. Install auxiliary oil filter bypass valve plug (A).
