Inspect the tim e

totalizing meter for dents or other deformitie s

which would impair its function. Test th e

totalizing meter to be sure it is functionin g

properly by connecting the meter electrica l

connection (fig. 6-255) to a 24 volt electrica l

system. The time totalizing meter is calibrated to

record the electrical impulse in tenths of an hour

and will numerically record every six minutes .

Allow sufficient passage of time to be certai n

hour counter is performing properly .
