Disconnect and remove glow plug power harness (1) from left side of glow plug controller (15).

Remove two bolts (16) and two nut (17) securing two clips (18) to two brackets (19) on glow

plug harness (20) to left cylinder head.

Disconnect three plug ends (21) of glow plug harness (20) at glow plugs (22) from left cylinder

head.

Remove three glow plugs (22) from left cylinder head.

Repeat steps 5 through 7 above for the opposite side.

Disconnect and remove glow plug harness (20) from right side of glow plug controller (15).

If necessary, remove four clips (18) from glow plug harness (20).

Remove two bolts (23), two lockwashers (24) four flat washers (25), two nuts (26) and glow plug

controller (15) from mounting bracket (27) on front of engine. Discard lockwashers.

Remove two short screws (28) two lockwashers (29), and two flat washers (30) from front of

mounting bracket (27). Remove two long screws (31), two lockwashers (32), two flat washers

(33), and two spacers (34) from top of mounting bracket. Remove mounting bracket from

engine. Discard lockwashers.
