CAUTION
Handle blower end plates, rotors, and blower housing with care during disassembly to
ensure no damage to mating surfaces,
Tap front end plate (6) off of dowel pins and away from blower housing (28) with a soft head
hammer. Remove end plate.
Withdraw right rotor (7) and left rotor (8) from front of blower housing (28).
On models 5063-5392, 5063-5393,
plate (30) to blower housing (28).
and 5063 -539L, remove two screws (29) retaining rear end
Tap rear end plate (30) off of dowel pins and away from blower housing (28) with a soft head
hammer. Remove end plate.
Remove two seals (31) from each end plate (6 and 30). Discard seals.
If necessa~, remove pipe plugs (32) from both front and rear end plates (6 and 30).
For models 5063-5392, 5063-5393, and 5063 -539L, remove bypass valve as follows:
