STEERING CONTROL LINKAGE ADJUSTMENT (Sheet 13 of 22)

Using 9/16 inch wrench, install screw
(AG) through clevis (AJ) and steering rod
end (AF).

Using socket and torque wrench, tighten
screw (AG) to 16 lb-ft (22 N.m).

Using 9/16 inch wrench to hold steering
rod end (AF), use 9/16 inch wrench to
tighten jamnut (AH) and go on to step 75.
Using 9/16 inch wrench to hold steering rod end (AF), use 9/16 inch wrench to loosen
jamnut (AH).
Using hands, turn control rod
AD) clockwise until control rod (AD) is past witness
rod end (AF).
Using 9/16 inch
jamnut (AH).
Go on to Sheet 14
wrench to hold steering rod end (AF), use 9/16 inch wrench to tighten
