Hook is properly installed when screw and locknut are tightened and hook rotates freely.

Install hook (Figure 9, Item 4) on lift assembly bracket (Figure 9, Item 2) with screw (Figure 9, Item 5) and
locknut (Figure 9, Item 3).
3.
Install pulley support tube (Figure 10, Item 5) on pulley support bracket (Figure 10, Item 3) and install pin
(Figure 10, Item 2) and locking pin (Figure 10, Item 4) in hole (Figure 10, Item 1).

Install spacer (Figure 11, Item 8), pulley support bracket (Figure 11, Item 7), two washers (Figure 11, Item 9),
screw (Figure 11, Item 6), and locknut (Figure 11, Item 11) on pulley support tube (Figure 11, Item 10).
