Remove set screw (Figure 2, Item 5) from lockwasher (Figure 2, Item 2).

Using 3-1/4 in. socket, remove nut (Figure 2, Item 1) from axle spindle (Figure 2, Item 3).

8.

Remove lockwasher (Figure 2, Item 2) from axle spindle (Figure 2, Item 3).

9.

Using 3-13/16 in. socket, remove nut (Figure 3, Item 1) from axle spindle (Figure 3, Item 2).

Remove outer bearing (Figure 4, Item 9) from hub (Figure 4, Item 7).

Using lifting device and the aid of an assistant, remove hub (Figure 4, Item 7) from axle spindle (Figure 4, Item

1).

Remove lifting device from hub (Figure 4, Item 7).

13.

Remove seal (Figure 4, Item 3) from hub (Figure 4, Item 7). Discard seal.

14.

Remove inner bearing (Figure 4, Item 4) and two bearing cups (Figure 4, Item 8) and (Figure 4, Item 5) from

hub (Figure 4, Item 7).
