TRACK REMOVAL - Continued

NOTE

If track is thrown it may not be possible to disconnect the track using Step 3. Track may

have to be cut.

3.

Disconnect track (WP 0106) in the rear between #6 roadwheel and sprocket.

4.

Remove chock blocks (WP 0103).

5.

Start main engine (WP 0010) and hold brakes.

6.

Place transmission shift selector (WP 0012) in 2nd gear.

7.

Drive forward until track has cleared the sprocket.

8.

Turn steering wheel toward the track being removed and drive forward until track is laid out on the ground.

9.

Shift transmission (WP 0012) into P, lock steering wheel and brake, shut down main engine (WP 0017), and

chock vehicle (WP 0103).
