ENGINE OIL COOLER REPLACEMENT (2D ENGINE) (Sheet 3 of 6)

9.

Using 1/2 inch socket with extension through

harness and into bracket, remove two screws and

washers (H).

10.

Lower harness from coolers with bracket attached.

11.

Using 1/2 inch socket, remove two screws and

washers (J) holding oil cooler screen to cooler.

12.

Remove oil cooler screen from cooler.

CAUTION

Support oil cooler to keep it from falling while doing step 13.

13.

Using 3/4 inch wrench, remove four screws and washers (K) holding oil cooler frame.

14.

Remove oil cooler and mounting brackets.

Go on to Sheet 4
