TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER REPLACEMENT (2A ENGINE) (Sheet 3 of 10)

Using 1-1/2 inch wrench, remove two oil cooler hose nuts (D) from oil cooler connectors (E).

4.

Using plastic material (Item 41, Appendix D) and masking tape (Item 57, Appendix D), wrap ends of oil cooler

hoses (D).

5.

Using 1/2 inch socket, remove four bolts with

assembled washers (F) securing oil cooler screen

(G) to oil cooler (H).

6.

Remove oil cooler screen (G).
