TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER REPLACEMENT (2A ENGINE) (Sheet 6 of 10)
15.
Using 1-3/4 inch wrench, remove bypass valve
(R).
16.
Remove gasket (S) from bypass valve (R).
17.
Using 1-1/2 inch wrench, loosen two locknuts (T).
18.
Using 1-5/8 inch wrench, remove two connectors
(E).
19.
Using 1/2 inch socket, remove two screws and
lockwashers (U) securing shroud (V) to oil cooler
(H).
Throw lockwashers away.
20.
Remove shroud plate (V).
21.
Using screwdriver, remove seal and retainer (W)
from five fasteners (X).
Go on to Sheet 7
