STARTER RELAY ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 3)

REMOVAL:

1.

Using 7/16 in socket, remove three screws (A) and

washer (B).

Remove cover (C).

2.

Using 3/4 inch socket, remove nut (D) and remove bus

bar (E) from relay (F) stud.

3.

Using 3/4 inch socket, remove nut (G) and remove bus

bar (H) from lay (F) stud.

4.

Using 7/16 inch socket, remove four screws (J)

securing lay (F) to mounting plate.

5.

Remove relay (F) from tank.

Go on to Sheet 3
