3-37 Crankshaft hub removed

Remove four screws (1), four Iockwashers (2), eight flat washers (3), and bracket (4) from

lower front cover (5). Discard Iockwashers.

Remove two screws (6), two Iockwashers (7), and cap (8) from engine support (9). Remove

support and discard Iockwashers.

Slide preformed packing (10) off of support (11).

Remove two screws (12), two Iockwashers (13), and front support (11) from front cover (5).

Discard Iockwashers.
