Lubricate front of crankshaft with engine oil.

Install inner cone (6) (with taper away from block) on crankshaft.

NOT E

Model 5063-5392 uses a hub (3) and models 5063-5395, 5063-5398, and 5063-539F

use a pulley (4).

Start hub (3) or pulley (4) straight on

crankshaft.

Screw crankshaft pulley installer (7) into

crankshaft and force hub (3) or pulley (4)

onto crankshaft. Remove installer.

NOT E

Secure flywheel or gear train to

prevent crankshaft from turn-

ing during installation of crank-

shaft screw.

Install outer cone (5) (with tapered end

toward block), spacer ring (2), and

crankshaft screw (1) on crankshaft.

Torque screw to 290-300 Ib-ft (393-407
